  Fashion Design
  Sara Rothan  – B.F.A. Columbus College of Art and Design. A Consummate designer, her work, from bridal dresses to Renaissance costuming, can be seen throughout the west coast  Sara has been professionally sewing custom wedding gowns, costumes, clothing, pillows, cushions, dust skirts and handbags for 8 years. She has also been teaching private and group sewing classes for the past 3 years. Sara also does freelance work as a pattern maker, sample maker, fitter, fashion illustrator and design consultant. She is experienced in textile design, alterations, redesigns, knitting, weaving, beading and leather work. Her website reflects her varied skills and her ability to transform the old into the new. Juliane Rothan-Centers - MAED, Masters in Education from Touro University. Juliane has been an educator for over 25 years, and is passionate about  Waldorf education. Waldorf education intigrates art and science. This philosophy is based on the understanding of the lifelong devlopment of the human being.  She first taught herself to sew as a teenager when she realized that nothing seemed to fit her properly.  Self expression enabled by learning the skills of sewing exemplifies the Waldorf tradition.

Lynn Rothan -   B.F.A., Columbus College of Art and Design '84. Lynn has been teaching Art for Life programs for 15 years.  These programs are specifically designed for Youth at Risk. Galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest have been host to her painting and ceramic exhibitions.

Bob
Sant - B.S. Studio Art - Willamette University  '87. Bob has been working and teaching clay for over 20 years. From 1993 to 2007, he owned the largest pottery gallery/ studio in the Pacific Northwest. His large scale performance-based sculptures have delighted and inspired viewers at festivals and parades in Central Oregon for many years.

Ann Rothan- BFA Columbus College of Art and Design.
Ann is owner of Where Angels Dwell, a greeting  card and  print company recognized nationally and worldwide. Illustrating Children's books is one of her favorite projects. She has illustrated for 'Highlights Magazine', Blue star communication, Wondering Feather press , Creating Peace Publishers and others. Her art is on numerous magazines and books covers nationally.  She is one of 45 Artists featured in "One Source, Sacred artists of America and Europe". Ann now teaches a class called Painting Your Dreams and Visions. This class is offered for individuals or groups. Currently living in Florida, Ann travels coast to coast showing her art and giving classes.

Matt Rothan -
      B.F.A., Columbus College of Art and Design. Matt, owner of Rothink, is an experienced design leader who provides vision for cross organization constituents, corporate sponsors and public interest groups. Mr. Rothan has broad experience in brand building for both large and small destination attractions, exhibitions, and retail and luxury resorts. www.rothink.com


Russell Rothan- B.F.A. Columbus College of Art and Design.  Russell spent 4 years as a museum designer and 3 years designing and managing a fabrication shop which created everything from robotics to set designs. He has  worked for Disney as an Imagineer and Product developer, as well as  Chicago's Museum of Design and Industry. Tireflies, Russell's primary company, has now  been on the top  ten retailers list in the United States for  3.5 years.


Theater Arts
Elizabeth Rothan - MFA, Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts. Elizabeth has worked in the play development arena as an actress (reviews),  playwright, director and assistant director. She has collaborated with such playwrights as Mac Welman (Two September), Bruce Graham (Coyote on Fence), Pulitzer prize winning playwright Mark Medoff (Gunfighter Gulf a War Chronicle), Melanie Marnich (Quake), Luigi Januzzi ( Exhibit This! ) and Sarte's at Five to name a few. Elizabeth's teaching credits vary from universities to Waldorf schools. Presently she teaches at National Theater Institute (actors instrument)  New York State Summer School for the Arts (Head of acting department) and with Townhall (Dir.) traveling throughout Manhattan developing new plays and musicals. Her most recent student-developed projects include a Musical on Albert Einstein and the First Amendment.



Terri Ferguson -BA- Kansas State University. Terri has a broad range of experience as a teacher, producer and director. She has been a producing director at Echo Theater for over 10 years. In 2003, she and Elizabeth developed Black Box Operations. A theater company designed for KD Studio, it taught acting and musical/ play production, while giving students the opportunity to work with professionals within their community. Terri has been "Spotlighted" several times in her community, receiving grants and accolades for her directing and producing. Currently she is an instructor at Uruline Academy, where she teaches advanced producing and directing classes as well as a classical acting class that culminates in an educational tour. When not producing, directing, acting or teaching, you can find her on call with various professional theater companies as a vocal coach.


     Rachel Jett -MFA, Tisch School of the Arts, NYU. Rachel is the primary protegee of Andrei Droznin of the Moscow Art Theater. She teaches at the National Theater Institute and NYSSSA. Rachel was recently awarded a reading at Playwright's Horizon for a production of Hamiko and Lulu.
